A few weeks ago I went to Beautywave salon and was really disappointed with the service. I struggle with acne for 4 years so I know how treatments, peelings work. I went to the cosmetologist Tatiana and I was offered some light peelings which I didn’t even feel on my skin. During the procedures I was being told she’s also very curious about the effect of it and she wants it to work which kind of stressed me out as I did not want a cosmetologist who I trust to treat my acne to ‘guess’ what’s gonna happen after the treatment and be fascinated by it. In my opinion it should be me asking what kind of result to expect. She also used Darsonval on my back where I had spots for 10-15 seconds, I own this device myself and at least 3-4 minutes are needed to have any effect. Then I booked manicure, shellac and specified that I don’t want to have my cuticle cleaned because the time before I was told it’s extra 25 for a cuticle cleaning. When i arrived only the manicure woman was there, not the manager I book through and she made me call her from my phone because she got mad she was not told about it. Then when she took my previous polish off and my nails were in horrible shape after I asked her if she will fix the shape a little she gave the file and told me to do it myself if I so want to. Later with great annoyance she finally fixed the shape with extra charge and said I have a crack in my nail. I asked her what should I do about it and I got an annoyed look and a reply ‘I don’t know, it’s ur nail, I’m just telling you’ very distespectful, would not recommend
